SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are FREE for purchases over $150. Orders under $150 incur a standard shipping fee of $8 per parcel.
Deliveries are sent via Australia Post, during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery within Australian metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 3 business days. For regional areas, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
Sunday Morning Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please provide a delivery address that is secure, for example your place of employment.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Australia Post. All purchases over $150 are shipped FREE! Orders under $150 are charged a standard flat rate of AUD $25.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
International deliveries usually take between 3-10 working days.
Sunday Morning Designs recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment.
International Shipping charges above do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest solely with the customer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to return or exchange your order please contact us immediately via email: [email protected] to confirm whether your claim is eligible for an exchange or refund.
If your claim is approved, please return your item/s via post within 7 days of the date your received your purchased goods.
Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition or they will not be eligible for return or exchange.
All packaging must be also be returned. Garments must have Sunday Morning Designs swing tags attached.
If you receive the wrong size or wrong item, Sunday Morning Designs will exchange it for the correct item/s.
Items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or online credit note ONLY if claim has been approved.
Please allow 14 days from the time you mail your order for return to when your return/exchange is processed. Sunday Morning Designs will notify you via email when the transaction is complete.
Please indicate the replacement size, colour and item you wish to receive in your email correspondence.
If correct replacement size/colour/style is out of stock, repairs are not possible and you do not wish to choose an alternative item, Sunday Morning Designs will offer an online store credit or refund you to the value of your original order.
Any damage incurred in transit to Sunday Morning Designs is the responsibility of the customer.
Sunday Morning Designs is not responsible for returns that are not received by Sunday Morning Designs.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, we are unable to refund such duty or taxes.
GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE
If you need something gift wrapped and a personal note included, we will happily do so free of charge. Please advise us via email with your message included.
